•Description: This is a family heirloom recipe. Only gavran kairi (native variety, locally grown mangoes from Maharashtra) are used to make this pickle. It is made using traditional spices like mohri dal (mustard split seeds), black pepper, khada hing (asofoetida), stone-ground turmeric, chilly powder, cloves, fenugreek seeds and pink himalayan salt.
