• • Description: Sharbati is the most premium variety of wheat available in the country. These golden wheat grains are better in texture and weigh heavy on the palm. The Sharbati wheat is sweeter in taste due to the presence of slightly greater number of natural simple sugars like glucose and sucrose as compared to other wheat varieties. Since the variety is grown in low moisture condition, more water is needed for Sharbati Atta which results in softer Rotis for longer time.
