Then we stir in jaggery, aged balsamic, and a careful infusion of earthy white truffle oil. The kind that blooms in warmth and leaves a silky, lingering aroma that hangs in the air long after your plate’s been cleared. Not sharp. Not cloying. Just silky tomato tanginess and fragrant truffle umami.
