    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Toss whole, washed, French green beans in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until coated. For softer green beans, blanch or steam beforehand for 1-2 minutes.

    Prepare 4-ounce chicken breasts by patting them dry and pounding them to half-inch thick pieces. Season the thin-sliced chicken breast with lemon pepper, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

    Prepare a well-seasoned sheet tray with some pan spray or line with parchment paper. Lay down 1 slice of prosciutto per serving horizontally on the tray. Place the seasoned chicken in the center of each prosciutto slice to make a cross. Arrange about 2 ounces of seasoned green beans in the center of each chicken breast and pull the two ends of prosciutto over the beans.

Cut the butter into small dollops, and arrange about half tablespoon of butter dollops on top of each wrapped chicken portion. Place a dollop of butter over the ends of the prosciutto will also help them stay in place during baking. Set your tray of wrapped chicken in the oven for 20 minutes before enjoying.
