Instructions

    Add the butter to a medium saucepan. Set over a low/medium heat to melt the butter. Crush the garlic. Add the garlic to the saucepan with the melted butter. Gently sweat over a low heat for a minute or two until tender and fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.

    Add the heavy cream, soft cream cheese, grated parmesan, salt and pepper. Feel free to adjust the quantities of salt and pepper to your personal tastes. You may also add dried herbs such as parsley to your sauce for extra seasoning if you wish. Be sure to adjust your macros for any additions.

    Whisk the ingredients together gently but thoroughly over a low/medium heat. Gently cook the sauce until piping hot through. The sauce should be smooth and creamy.
