Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease an 8 by 12 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a stand mixer bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, kosher salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and Swerve.

    In a heatproof measuring cup, mix cream and water. Microwave for one minute until hot. Add the hot cream mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined. Add the egg and melted butter, then mix thoroughly.

    The dough will be soft. Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough into eight equal sections.

    Place almond flour in a bowl. Roll each portion of dough into a ball and coat it completely with almond flour.

    Place the coated rolls in the prepared pan, allowing them to touch slightly. Bake for 50-60 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 300 F (150 C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
