Instructions

    Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the 5-oz chicken breasts with the first amounts of salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, onion powder, sage, thyme, lemon juice, and olive oil. Thoroughly rub the spices into the chicken with your hands.

    Place the seasoned chicken on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Set aside or leave in a turned-off oven to keep warm.
