Instructions

    1.
    Peel thin, wide slices of cucumber until you have 4 ounces (from about 1 large cucumber). Discard narrow pieces. Lay the cucumber strips overlapping to create a layer as long as your sushi roll. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

    In a small bowl, combine the drained canned crab with mayo and sriracha. Set aside.
